Admissions & Registration

We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your interest in Kimbercroft Childcare & Learning Centre. We would like to ensure that all families visit our centre prior to enrollment to ensure that the parents understand the centre’s policies, philosophy and enrollment procedures.

We would like to welcome you to arrange a time and day to come and visit our centre at your earliest convenience. Tour time are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00a.m. & 11:30a.m. and again between 2:30p.m. and 5:00p.m

Once your admission for your child has been confirmed, you will be required to complete your registration package in full, including a copy of your child’s up-to-date immunization card. For parents who choose not to immunize, exemptions are to be documented as follows on a Ministry approved form:

For medical exemptions, a legally qualified medical practitioner must complete the “Statement of Medical Exemption Form”.
For religious or philosophical exemptions, a “Statement of Conscience or Religious Belief’s Form” must be completed by a “Commissioner for taking avadavat” (i.e. it must be notarised)

All forms and information must be submitted prior to your child’s start date.

Kimbercroft Childcare & Learning Centre will accept new children only when there are vacancies These admissions will be on a first come, first serve basis, giving priority to siblings of children currently enrolled. No family will be discriminated against on the basis of race, language, culture, gender, sexual orientation or special need.

We do our best to ensure our waiting list is current and up-to-date by contacting families every three months to see if they are still interested in enrolling or if alternate care has been found.
